About Sparkleen Windows

Sparkleen Windows (Pty) Ltd provides cleaning services in Johannesburg and greater Gauteng, including window cleaning, solar panel and specialty glass cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning, and high-pressure exterior cleaning.

Quotes and bookings

Quotes are based on the information available at the time, including property size, access, height, condition, service type and any images or details supplied. A quote may change if the actual site conditions, access requirements or scope differ from what was provided.

Access and preparation

You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the property, service areas, water or electricity where required, parking where possible, and any permissions needed for estate, office, building or security access. We may reschedule or revise a quote if access is not available.

Service limitations

We take reasonable care when providing services. Some stains, marks, mineral deposits, scratches, weathering, damage, adhesive residue, mould, paint, construction residue or pre-existing defects may not be fully removable. We will advise where we can, but we cannot guarantee restoration of damaged or aged surfaces.

Customer responsibilities

Please remove fragile items, valuables, loose objects and obstructions from work areas before the service starts. Please tell us about known defects, leaks, loose fittings, damaged glass, weak frames, electrical risks, alarm sensors, pets or any safety issues.

Payments

Payment terms will be confirmed with your quote or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due on completion of the service. Late payments may delay future bookings.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We may reschedule work due to unsafe weather, access issues, staff availability, equipment issues or circumstances outside our control.

Liability

We carry out work with reasonable care and skill. To the extent allowed by law, Sparkleen Windows is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or damage caused by inaccurate information, unsafe access, weak surfaces or failure to prepare the work area.

Website use

The website content is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but service details, availability and pricing may change. You may not misuse the website, copy content unlawfully, attempt to interfere with the site, or use it for harmful activity.
